A caterpillar-type travelling mechanism for vehicles provided with a self-propelled drive, particularly hydraulic dredges, with a drive sprocket wheel, a guide wheel for the guidance of the caterpillar chain and chain links connected with one another by bolts. Cam-shaped teeth are arranged on the drive sprocket wheel in its longitudinal center plane, the teeth being provided on the sides which point toward one another with planar surfaces. The drive sprocket wheel is provided on its outer periphery with two running rims for the chain links, the rims being arranged on both sides of the teeth. The cam-like teeth are arranged on the periphery of a wheel flange, the latter on both sides being provided with inclined surfaces for guiding the chain links. The travelling mechanism plates of the chain links, which plates are formed as double-stud plates, are made of one piece with a two-sided cam arranged centrally in the chain link. On the circumference of the drive wheel 1 of the tracked undercarriage in its middle plane are located cam teeth 2, in which on surfaces facing one another are equal surfaces 3 of the engagement. Tooth 2 have a pyramidal tip 4. In the base of the cam teeth 2, notches 5 are located across the direction of movement. In the longitudinal direction, the cam teeth 2 are located on a circle wheel flanges b, which is a guide for chain links 7. Each chain link 7 is a solid cast. On the side facing the ground, it has two transverse rods with plates 8, which serve to engage the drag chain with the ground and are picker chains. Each link 7 is made with supporting surfaces 9, with which the supporting rings 10 of the driving wheel 1 interact, located on the sides of the inclined surfaces of the flange 6. The inclined surfaces of the flange serve to guide the chain, for which on each link 7 similar inclined surfaces 11 are made. chains are connected using inner and outer lugs 12, 13, 14 and floating bolts 15, and the width of the inner lugs 14 corresponds to the distance between the lugs 12 or 13. Bolts 15, both in lugs 12, 13, and in lugs 14, set enes rotatable about its longitudinal axis. The washers 16 are designed to limit the longitudinal movement of the bolts 15. The washers 16 are locked with retaining rings 17. The round sealing rings 18 are intended to seal the internal cavities of the lugs 12, 13,14. Sleeves, 19, are provided in the lugs, which provide anti-friction sliding of the bolt 15. Each sleeve has a chamfer for installing upplate rings 18. The length of each bolt 15 is equal to the width of the support ring 10. lantern engagement with a flat contact surface 20. The starter plates 8 are formed with inclined surfaces 21 converging to the outside of the chain. The two-sided cams of the 22 links are made converging to the apex and form a sharp edge 2 ,. The sides of the cam links 2 are also converging towards the apex of the tooth. The support roller 2 is made whole in its middle part there is a flange 25 for guiding it in the link 7 of the chain. Along the edges of the roller, there are support journals 26 mounted in the housing 27 of the bearing assembly 28 provided with sleeves 29 and washers 30. The bearing assembly 28 is provided with lubrication from the tank 31 through an o-ring 32. The screw 33 is technological and serves to adjust the bearing assembly 28 relative to the housing 34 and its lower plate 35 during assembly. After securing the support roller 24 together with the bearing assembly 28 to the housing 3 using bolts 36, the screw 33 is removed and replaced with the screw 37. The device works as follows. When the drive wheel rotates, the surfaces of the 3 teeth 2 interact with the flat surfaces of the 20 link arm. As both surfaces wear out, the engagement between the drive wheel and the link is warped so that the engagement between the cam tooth 2 and the bobbins is broken. This disturbance is partially compensated for by the notch 5 on the basis of the tooth 2 and the notches 38 located on the basis of the double-sided cams 22. The sharp edges 23 clean the gaps between the teeth 2 from dirt. The notches 39 are made to facilitate and simplify the design of the link 7. The proposed tracked undercarriage device provides increased reliability and durability of the vehicle.

Claims (6) [1] 1. A tracked undercarriage for a vehicle equipped with an own drive comprising driving and steering wheels and a link track chain with ground chains, with cam teeth in its longitudinal plane located on which drive surfaces are made on the sides facing the other side the links of the links are made in one piece with the link bobbins facing the flat surfaces of the drive wheel teeth, and the chain link 0 are interconnected by two bolts placed in the inner and outer lugs of the links, characterized in that, in order to increase the service life, the teeth on 5 drive wheels placed in the middle the planes, along the sides of the teeth, are support rings for chain links, the cam teeth located on the circumference of the flange, which is made on both sides with inclined planes for guiding the chain, and the hook chains are made in the form of double-core plates.
